Infernobet are the definition of a brand-new bookie, having only been launched in 2020. This lack of a track record might put some people off, which is understandable. Veteran bettors, though, see such sportsbooks as an opportunity. After all, fresh bookies like this can offer unprecedented value in their desire to attract customers quickly.

In our comprehensive Infernobet review, we’ll assess whether that’s the case for this particular brand. We’ll assess Infernobet’s promotions, security, betting markets, and plenty more, all in an effort to decide whether they’re already worth your business.

Let’s get started.

Infernobet Sign Up Offer

At all levels, a welcome offer should achieve two purposes: catch the attention of newcomers, and back that up by delivering value. In the case of the Infernobet new customer offer, it goes some way towards ticking both boxes… but can’t quite get there.

The opening lure of a ‘Deposit £10, Get a £10 Free Bet’ offer is certainly enough to pique your interest, particularly as there’s no mention of actually wagering anything to get that free bet. Look a little deeper, however, and you’ll soon see there are a couple of catches.

These are the main terms and conditions you need to be aware of:

  • Minimum deposit of £10 to unlock £10 free bet
  • Free bet must be wagered at minimum odds of 1/2 (1.50)
  • Free bet stake not returned with winnings
  • Winnings from free bet must be bet 10x before converting to real money
  • Maximum real money conversion amount of £20
  • Bonus and winnings will expire seven days after free bet is awarded

It doesn’t take an eagle-eyed detective to spot the issues here. The requirement to bet through any winnings from your Infernobet free bet 10 times is extremely challenging, even if there are no restrictions as to how you do so. The fact that you’re only given seven days in which to do this makes it even tougher, and – quite frankly – feels a bit mean!

That said, there are certainly some redeeming features. The minimum qualifying odds of 1/2 are very reasonable. And – as noted – there are no other specifications as to how you place your bets, in terms of markets, bet types, and so on. Finally, if you do pull this off, you’re ultimately getting £20 back for a £10 deposit, which is fair value in anyone’s book.

Infernobet Ongoing Promotions (Updated On: December 2021)

There are some things to like about the opening Infernobet offer, but it’s hardly irresistible. In these circumstances, you’d normally like to see some quality ongoing deals to compensate.

Unfortunately, that’s not really the case with the ongoing Infernobet promotions. They’re okay, we suppose, but have almost exactly the same drawbacks as the welcome offer. There’s also very little variety whatsoever between the six offers that are currently available.

Football fans will be pleased to see two of those six promotions are dedicated to the beautiful game, although there’s little to distinguish between them. Both advertise a £10 free bet in exchange for betting £25 on football. Both – like the welcome offer – require you to bet through any winnings from that free bet a hefty 10 times before converting them to real money. You’re at least given 30 days to do so here, which helps matters, but it’s still a demanding requirement.

Aside from that, you’ll also find promotions in place for basketball, table tennis, ice hockey, and horse racing. Once again, however, they’re all extremely similar mechanically. You bet a certain amount on that sport, are given a free bet, and bet through the winnings before they convert to cash. In fact, the only difference between them is the amount you must bet, and the size of the free bet. For ice hockey it remains £25 to get a £10 free bet, but for the other three you only need to wager £15 to get a £5 free bet.

In general, you can colour us pretty darn unimpressed with the lack of imagination on show here.

Infernobet Football Features

The likes of attractive promotions and live streaming are preferable in a new sportsbook. Some things are simply non-negotiable, though, and a well-rounded football section definitely falls into that category.

Thankfully, this is one area in which Infernobet truly excel. In fact, we’d go so far as to say their football section is already a match for the majority of current bookies.

Everything begins with the interface. While not flashy to look at, it achieves the most important goal of all: making it easy to find the markets you’re looking for, and subsequently bet on them. At a basic level, markets are split into Live or Pre-Match, then divided by geography and competition, all within one handy menu. Clicking a competition will bring up its fixtures in a larger section, and selecting an individual match will display its markets in a third section. It’s an extremely straightforward system, which users of all levels will quickly get used to.

The breadth of those markets is extremely impressive. Domestic and international competitions from all around the world – at a whole series of different levels – are available to bet on. There’s plenty of choice in how exactly you wager too, with bet types ranging from the commonplace – like Match Result and Over/Under Goals – to niche player specials. Outright markets – like League Winner, Top Goalscorer, and To Be Relegated – are also available on major competitions, and the odds are generally pretty appealing.

On top of all that, in-play betting is not only included, but executed brilliantly. Live streaming is an unsurprising absence, but you can still get live statistics on matchups large and small, and there’s a useful visualisation tool too. The prices of live markets change quickly to account for the action taking place, and placing a live bet is a quick and easy process.

Other Betting Markets

Some new bookies make the mistake of actually skewing too heavily towards football. Infernobet definitely manage to avoid this pitfall, though, and cater extremely well for a diverse range of sports fans.

Their selection is headlined by horse racing and tennis, which are two of the other massive betting markets. Backing these up, though, are the likes of cricket, golf, rugby, cricket, boxing… and just about every other major sport you’d hope to find. There’s also a nice range of American sports – including basketball, baseball, and American football – and eSports like Overwatch and Counter Strike are shown some love too.

Mobile Betting Options & App

Sports betting has changed at an incredible rate over the past couple of decades. Perhaps no area has progressed quite so quickly, though, as on-the-go betting. In fact, some new bookies actually choose to prioritise this over traditional, desktop-based online wagering.

Well, it seems as if Infernobet didn’t get this memo. Their mobile features are disappointing to say the least, which is particularly strange seeing as the rest of their platform is nice and modern.

There is no Infernobet Android app in place right now, and iOS users are equally ignored. Infernobet’s newness is not a legitimate excuse here. Developing a mobile app has never been easier, and their parent company – ProgressPlay – have plenty of experience in this area. There is no reason whatsoever why the Infernobet app shouldn’t have been in place before the brand was publicly launched.

If there was a good Infernobet mobile website instead, that would at least go some way towards rectifying the problem. Unfortunately… there isn’t!

The interface hasn’t really been reworked to suit mobile devices, making navigation cumbersome, and the loading times aren’t particularly impressive either. It’s certainly usable, and all the most important features – like live betting, cash out, and account management – are all available. But overall, it’s simply not at the standards we’ve come to expect in the modern day.

Asking a question like ‘Is Infernobet legit?’ is perfectly reasonable, seeing as they’re so new on the betting scene. Any doubts can be put to rest pretty quickly, though, given that Infernobet is licensed with both the renowned UK Gambling Commission, and the Malta Gaming Authority.

Elsewhere, there aren’t many details about the security measures which are in place. Pretty much the only hint is that “Infernobet uses the latest encryption and protection technologies” (per the FAQ). Given the quality of their licenses, though, you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands with Infernotbet.

Opening an Account

Signing up for an Infernobet account is a mercifully swift and simple process. The whole thing has been neatly split into two main stages, and takes only a couple of minutes to complete.

You begin by clicking ‘Join Now’ in the top-right, and will then be asked to provide your email address and phone number, and set a password. On the next screen, you must fill in a few more personal details, including your name, home address, and date of birth. Once you’ve done so, agree to the T’s & C’s and click ‘Submit’.

Infernobet will now send a confirmation code to both your phone and email account. Just copy that code, pop it into the box back on the website to verify your account, and you’re done!

Banking Options

In the old days, this was one area where fresh-faced bookies would fall down. Not any more, we’re pleased to say, and certainly not with Infernobet.

Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal are all eligible payment methods here. There’s also Trustly for bank transfers, and a couple of other options like Paysafecard and ecoPayz. Minimum deposit amounts vary by the method, but start at either £10 or £20.

Aside from Paysafecard, you’re given the same choices for an Infernobet withdrawal. These can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to go through, depending on which payment option you choose. While the minimum withdrawal amount is only £2.50, which is nice, there’s also a £2.50 fee for every Infernobet cash out… which is not so nice!

Customer Support

Rather than being a bonus, quality customer support from your sportsbook is an expectation nowadays. We’re pleased to say, therefore, that Infernobet absolutely nail it here.

There are two ways to utilise the Infernobet customer service offering. Technically you can use a ticketing system, but it’s much faster to simply head to the live chat. This is very easy to access, via an ever-present icon in the top menu, and the Infernobet contact team are available from 08:00-00:00 GMT each day.

If your enquiry is less urgent… well, you won’t get much assistance from the FAQ! While there is one in place, it’s focused almost entirely on the casino section. Even the sports-relevant entries aren’t particularly useful, and – overall – it simply feels as if Infernobet didn’t put much effort in here.

Infernobet Company Details

It’s natural that very few details would be available for a newly-launched sportsbook, and that is indeed the case with Infernobet. We know that they’re operated by Progressplay (a veteran presence on the online casino scene), that they’re based in Malta, and that they were founded in 2020… but that’s about it.

This really shouldn’t be cause for alarm, though. Infernobet’s license with the UK Gambling Commission gives us proof that they’re a perfectly legitimate bookie.

Infernobet Bottom Line

When launching a new sportsbook, you’re already facing an uphill struggle. There are simply so many competitors out there, and you need to provide a compelling reason why bettors should sign up with you specifically.

Infernobet go some way towards doing that. The interface which ProgressPlay have built – while not flashy – is extremely easy to use. Even a total newcomer to sports betting could start using this platform straight away. The range of markets within that platform is highly impressive, in-play betting works flawlessly, and the prices you get here are certainly competitive. Customer service is also a big plus-point, with excellent coverage hours for live chat.

In fact, the only major area in which Infernobet falls down is mobile betting, and even that’s not a disaster. We were certainly disappointed by both the lack of a mobile app, and the quality of the mobile site, but you certainly can still bet on the go.

Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by what we found in this Infernobet review. Despite being brand-new, this is absolutely a usable, solid sportsbook already. If the T’s & C’s are okay with you, we can firmly recommend checking out their welcome offer today.
