“Boostiton” for Bet Boosts

Fast Cash Out

Plenty of markets

Great Football Features

Even in the incredibly fast-moving world of sports betting, Betiton is still the definition of a brand new bookie. In fact, having only been launched in March 2020, it’s easily one of the freshest names on the scene.

This poses an intriguing question. Namely, is it worth taking the risk on an unproven sportsbook, in order to capitalise on the value they’ll doubtlessly be offering to try and get new customers in as quickly as possible? Well, that’s exactly what we’ll be exploring in this Betiton review! To find the answer, we’ll be evaluating the promotions, security, and customer service on offer, plus plenty more besides. Let’s get started!

Betiton Sign Up Offer

We’re pleased to say that there is a Betiton new customer offer in place, which is as straightforward in its name – ‘Sport Betting Welcome Offer’ – as its execution. To trigger it, you simply need to deposit at least £10 after registering, then bet £15 or more at odds of 1/1 (2.0) or greater. Do so, and – whether the qualifying bet wins or loses – you’ll still receive a £10 free bet.

As always, a few terms and conditions come attached to this offer. Here are the main ones to be aware of:

  • No opt-in required (i.e. new customers are automatically eligible)
  • First deposit must be at least £10
  • Deposits made using PayPal, Neteller, Paysafe or Skrill are ineligible
  • Qualifying bet must be at least £15, at 1/1 or greater, on any sports market
  • Singles and straight multiples are eligible; system bets (e.g. Trixies) are ineligible
  • Bet must be settled within 14 days of placement to qualify
  • Account will be credited with £10 free bet token
  • Free bet must be used within 14 days of being credited
  • Free bet must be used on sports market, at odds of 4/5 or greater
  • Free bet stake will not be returned with winnings

None of these restrictions detract from what is a highly competitive offer. The minimum odds for both the qualifying bet and free bet are both reasonable. Although a £10 minimum stake would be more inclusive than the current £15, the fact that you’re getting a £10 Betiton free bet either way – win or lose that qualifier – more than makes up for it, as does the freedom you have to spend the free bet. Hit on your £15 qualifier at evens, and your £10 free bet at evens too, and you’ll swiftly have returned £40, on reasonably safe bets, for a £15 real money stake. That certainly qualifies as good value in our book!

Betiton Ongoing Promotions (Updated On: July 2020)

The welcoming Betiton offer certainly creates a great first impression… but seasoned bettors will expect longer-term value too, courtesy of some tasty ongoing promotions.

In this context, the ongoing Betiton promotions are something of a mixed bag. While the ones which are in place are solid, there are only two of them available at the time of writing.

The first is called ‘Boostiton Offer’, and is a classic accumulator boost. Stick a winning multiples bet down, and your profits will be inflated, with the size of that boost depending on the number of selections. A 4-fold only nets you an extra 4%, but you get 10% on a 6-fold and 20% on an 8-fold, all the way up to 77% on a 15-fold (good luck with that!). Unlike most versions of this promotion, which are limited to football, the Boostiton Offer can be used on any sport. There are minimal restrictions on bet types, the minimum odds for each selection are a fair 1/5, and the maximum boost is a sky-high £11,000.

The other promotion – ‘Cashout Exclusive Feature’ – doesn’t sound so impressive, but it’s actually extremely useful.

With most bookies, cashing out your bet means cashing out the whole bet. With this Betiton cash out feature, though, you can execute a partial cash out. If you’ve got a £10 stake on Liverpool to beat Spurs, for example, and it’s 0-0 heading into the 75th minute, you might cash out £5 and leave £5 in, hoping for a late winner. As the name suggests, this is more of a feature than an actual promotion… but it could still prove extremely valuable to your betting.

Betiton Football Features

Whether you’ve been around for only a few weeks – like Betiton – or a few decades, football simply has to be your biggest focus. It’s by far the most popular sport to bet on in the UK, and we’re pleased to say that Betiton have shown it plenty of love in their sportsbook.

Football is the clear priority here, being the sport most prominently displayed on the home page, within the list of all sports, and within the ‘Featured Links’ area. The football section itself has a pleasingly straightforward layout. The section is split into four self-explanatory areas – Daily Match List, Top Leagues, All Leagues and In-Play – and there’s also a search function to help you find a specific market instantly. Those markets are extensive to say the least, covering both international and domestic contests from the prestigious (the Champions League, Premier League, and so on), through to the… less prestigious (anyone for a wager on the Algerian U-21 League?!).

Delve into a particular game’s markets, and you’ll find all your favourite pre-match markets present and correct, from 1/X/2 and Over/Under Goals, to Total Bookings and – for the bigger matchups – some intriguing Specials. The usual array of longer-term Outright bets are available for the more prestigious competitions, such as Winner, Top Goalscorer, Top 4 Finish, and so on. In-play betting is also featured, as is a cash out tool, and – while there’s no streaming – live betting is still ably supported by a whole range of detailed, head-to-head statistics.

Other Betting Markets

As noted, football must be a bookie’s priority for obvious reasons. In order to reach as many new customers as possible, though, a full range of other betting markets must still be provided.

Betiton tick this box with aplomb. There are over 30 different sections within this sportsbook, covering major markets such as cricket, golf, tennis, rugby and motor racing, through to the likes of bowls and bandy. Crucially, horse racing is included – never a given, with newer sportsbooks – with races from the UK & Ireland and further afield available to bet on. Fans of American leagues like the NBA and NFL will also be satisfied, and there’s a solid eSports section too.

Mobile Betting Options & App

Mobile betting is enormous business nowadays, and – for many bettors – is the most common way to place wagers. Some newer bookies have even chosen to forego having a desktop sportsbook at all, in favour of keeping everything entirely mobile.

In this context, we were surprised to see that there is no Betiton Android app available, nor is there an iOS version. While we understand that they’re a very new brand… isn’t a mobile app something they could have created before launching? They already have a welcome offer and ongoing promotions in place after all, and some would argue that an app is just as big of a cornerstone for a successful bookie.

Regardless, until a Betiton app is created (which we’re sure will happen in the coming months), you’ll be reliant on the mobile version of the main sportsbook. It’s fortunate, then, that the Betiton mobile site is pretty darn good!

The interface here has been intelligently reworked to suit a smaller screen size. The combination of a search function prominently displayed at the top, with a side-scrolling list of sports just below, means you can easily reach whichever market you’re looking for within a few moments. Scroll down a little, and you’ll see the main section has been split neatly into In-Play, Upcoming and Highlights areas, with the relevant markets laid out just below that. You’ll also find an expandable menu in the bottom-left of the screen, through which you can access all the other major areas of the site – Promotions, Chat, and so on.

Visually, the mobile site replicates the desktop version’s simple black, grey and red colour scheme, with the font a good, readable size even on a phone screen. In terms of load speeds, it’s not the quickest site we’ve used – usually taking several seconds to load each page – but this really never feels like a major problem.

Overall, while we’d certainly prefer to have a dedicated app in place, the Betiton mobile site still serves as an adequate replacement.

When dealing with a brand-new bookie, who you’ve almost certainly never heard of before, questions like ‘Is Betiton legit?’ are bound to arise. Fortunately, they can also be swiftly answered thanks to the licenses already in place here. Betiton is fully licensed with both the United Kingdom Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority, meaning it abides by strict requirements on both security and fairness.

Aside from that, like most bookies Betiton provide few details on their actual security measures. We do know, though, that payments are securely processed via AG Communications – a respected third-party – and all information transmitted between your device and Betiton is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption.

Opening an Account

Most sportsbook sign up processes are nice and straightforward nowadays, and we’re pleased to say that Betiton follow suit in this regard too. The whole thing is split neatly into two main sections, and takes only a couple of minutes to complete.

At the first stage, you simply enter your email address, and set a username and password. Next, you provide a series of personal details; your first and last names, date of birth, address, and so on. You also identify your preferred currency here, and can opt-out of receiving promotional messages.

Once you’ve done all that, simply agree to the general T’s & C’s, click the big ‘Open Account’ button, and you’ve finished!

Banking Options

Once you’ve submitted ID and proof of address – which must be done before depositing on Betiton – you’ll find an excellent range of payment methods waiting for you. Aside from the usual credit/debit card, you can also use bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, Paysafecard, PayPal, and more (depending on your location). All major deposit methods are processed instantly, and the minimum amount is £10.

The same methods are generally available when making a Betiton withdrawal, minus the likes of Paysafecard. No fees are incurred for taking out money, and withdrawals to online wallets are usually processed within three days, while credit/debit card and bank transfer withdrawals take six-to-eight days.

Customer Support

When it comes to reviewing newer bookies, we always approach this section with a little trepidation. In the case of the Betiton customer service, though, we’re pleased to say we had nothing to be concerned about!

Every major base is covered here, with a phone number, email address and – most importantly – live chat all provided. All Betiton contact options are extremely easy to access, and the support team is available to answer your queries seven days a week, from 06:00 – 23:00 GMT, which really is excellent coverage.

Elsewhere, Betiton also have a solid FAQ section in place. While the search function doesn’t work particularly well, the section is arranged in an intuitive enough manner that you’ll find what you’re looking for easily anyway. Every major topic is tackled – from deposits to bonuses – and the answers are written in clear and direct manner.

Betiton Company Details

Given that they’re such a new company, it’s no surprise that there isn’t much information available on Betiton yet.

We do know, though, that the brand was first created in the autumn of 2019, with the actual launch taking place in early March 2020. Efforts have been led by CEO and co-founder Arnaud Serour, an industry veteran who previously served as the managing director of Karamba. The betting platform itself is provided by Aspire Global (a popular choice for new sportsbooks), and the brand is owned by Sharp Connection Ltd, who don’t yet operate any other betting sites. Finally, like many such companies, Betiton is based in tax-friendly Malta.

Betiton Bottom Line

Put simply, you’re always taking a gamble (no pun intended) by going with a newer bookie. They just don’t have the track record of a more experienced establishment, nor have they had time to iron out issues, or flesh out their feature set or promotions.

With all that said… Betiton is actually already an extremely well-rounded bookie. From the intuitive layout, to the excellent customer service, to the wide range of markets, this doesn’t feel like a new sportsbook. The lack of an app is countered by a solid mobile website, and while we’d like to see more ongoing promotions added, those which are in place are useful.

Overall, we were very impressed by what we found in this Betiton review. Yes, the brand is new, but we believe there’s already enough here to justify using the excellent ‘Sport Betting Welcome Offer’… and take things from there!
